Shipping
At EFAH Sports, we aim to process and dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
For pre-order items, processing may take 7–10 business days.
Please note: Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

- 48 Hour Tracked (via Royal Mail)
Europe
- 4–6 business days
International (USA, Canada, Australia & others)
- 6–10 business days
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Shipping Disclaimer
While we always aim to dispatch orders on time, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Weather disruptions
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Customs processing
- Global or regional disruptions
EFAH Sports is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days from dispatch, it may be considered lost.
Once confirmed as lost by Royal Mail:
- You will be eligible for a replacement or full refund
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and performance reasons:
- Goalkeeper gloves that have been worn, used, or had protective film removed are non-returnable
- Only unused gloves in original packaging will be accepted
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or model, please place a new order.

As a result, colours may appear slightly different in person due to:
- Lighting conditions
- Environment
- Screen/display settings
These variations are normal and do not indicate a fault with the product.
